Processing & Shipping
Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +234 813 701 6758 immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.
Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Any order placed on Friday after 11am will be sent out on the following Monday.
We ship Domestic orders using FedEx in United Kingdom and Max.ng in Nigeria. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within London, UK and Lagos, Nigeria. Ground shipping takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being picked up by our delivery service. Please give express shipping options 1 day to ship after placing (except on weekends).
All orders outside the US will be shipped using FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority. Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx and international flat shipping rate is good for apparel only and under 15 lbs. Whenever shipping rates appear off, please contact us so we may verify for you. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 2 to 12 days. Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
Returns & Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within Seven (3) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend return shipments be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as FedEx, MAX, USPS, UPS. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected by MetroINK's Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
